US adopted the Stars and Stripes Flag

Oktoberfest, BMW, and Bayern Munich are three well-known things that may come to mind when you think of Munich. The capital of Bavaria (one of Germany’s many states) was founded on the banks of the river Isar in 1158. And not just by a regular person, no.
By ‘Henry The Lion’. What a name!

Legendary tennis player Steffi Graf (*1969) used to dominate the courts like a lion. Those Germans just have the roar inside them.

Although a very different roar, British singer Boy George (1961) also has a massive voice.
And how about the unforgettable vocals of comedian & talk-show host Alan Carr (*1976).

The ‘Stars and Stripes‘ are also pretty unforgettable once you’ve seen them. This symbol was adopted by the American Congress as the Flag of the United States in 1777.
